  This has been my home church for several years, so perhaps I'm biased.
  But I felt I should leave a review.
  
  This community is extremely friendly and welcoming. Like many churches, Riverfront has seen its transitions, but I believe these changes have pulled the community closer together. We are moving back to our roots, Hartford, CT in November 2016 and looking forward to the move back home. My family does not have children, but I can safely say the kids ministry is amazing. With a whole service geared towards the kids (9:30am) it gives them an opportunity to interact with the scripture in a whole new tangible way. Followed by the family gathering (10:30am) where live worship music (guitar, piano, djembe), a messge, and an opportunity to share with the community truly feels like it's title- a family gathering together. Riverfronts progressive values surrounding the LGBT community and women in ministry is refreshing.
  
  No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, this non-judgemental environment is worth checking out. In a world feeling unsteady and unpredictable Riverfront provides a safe place to rest and really just be yourself.
